  • Please order before 11 pm on the Thursday before the week you would like your healthy, delicious meals.

  • Absolutely! You can purchase any number of weeks in advance. Do note that there will be weeks that Tanya's Fresh Prep will be closed, but that will be communicated ahead of time in my newsletter and on the website so you can plan accordingly.

  • No. All meals come pre-packaged in a black tote bag but they do require refrigeration. If you will not be home for the delivery, please have a large cooler on your porch so the food can remain fresh and protected from little critters.

  • Tanya’s Fresh Prep uses a 12-week rotation. Though the menu is tweaked depending on what is in season. For example, Week 1 might have butternut squash in the fall but when it comes around in the spring, it will be adjusted to what is in season then.

  • Yes! All dressings will be served on the side to ensure freshness.

  • I guarantee your 5 meals will last 5 days when you eat the most perishable meals first like salads, seafood, and meals with fresh raw vegetables.

  • I primarily use fresh (never frozen) pork, beef, turkey, and chicken (white & dark meat).

  • As I would love to be able to accommodate all gluten-free, vegan, keto, and more types of diets, at this time I am committed to providing you with gourmet healthy & fresh foods in proper proportions because fresh is best!
