How It works…

Food Selection

I cook with my eyes first...meaning, I cook with COLORS! Then I cook with my senses...I choose crunchy, fragrant, bold flavors & spices. 

My produce & meats will only be bought fresh. I love and use dairy, whole grains, brown rice & quinoa, protein-packed pasta or whole wheat pasta, fresh herbs, honey & fruit, coconut, avocado, & olive oils. I stay away from all-purpose flour, gluten, and seed oils. You can be sure the food from Tanya's Fresh Prep will not be processed, canned, prepackaged, or frozen foods... and best of all, I never use sugar. Healthy food is essential for good health and nutrition. I am committed to providing you with healthy meals.

I have experience cooking for many different food sensitivities, but at this time Tanya's Fresh Prep is unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions.

Food Preparation

All meals are prepped and cooked in my home kitchen. Each week I will have a variety of meals. I love to use my grill and all my dressings, sauces & marinades are house-made.

Your meals will be prepped on Saturday & cooked and packaged on Sunday. If your new to eating healthy fresh dishes it may take a little time to get used to the different flavors & textures. Please contact me anytime with feedback!

Delivery & Pick-up

The pick-up location is in the Countryside area and deliveries will be accommodated by specified zip codes at checkout. Pick-up will be on Sundays after you receive the "meals are ready" text with the address to pick-up. Deliveries will go out Sundays after 5 pm, the driver will text when on their way.

Please wash and return the reusable plastic containers in the reusable black Tanya's Fresh Prep bag the following week.

Heating Instructions & Helpful Hints

Your meals are already cooked, therefore you do not want to "cook" the meals. You want to use the reheat feature on your microwave. Meat should always be reheated separately and slowly, being careful not to dry it out. Pasta and rice dishes will take the longest. Be careful not to overheat the veggies. In some containers there will be small disposable ramekins filled with various items, such as dressings, garnishes, etc.. this will not need to be heated.

The meals will be labeled & dated and include any further heating instructions. Try and eat the most perishable meals first like salads, seafood, and meals with fresh raw vegetables.

Order Online

Click on any “Order Now” button or select “Ordering” in the main menu bar. Select the Weekly Meals for the week you would like. Next, select the Meal Plan and quantity you need. (Don’t forget about your spouse) Add your selection to your cart with the “Feed Me” button.

If you would like delivery for that week, select delivery at checkout. If you are ordering multiple weeks, during checkout you can select multiple weeks for delivery.

The Extra Proteins available for the week are listed on the weekly menu. If you would like Extra Protein, go to the main ordering page and click on the Extra Protein item. Enter the number you would like (priced per meal) and list them in the pop-up. Ex. Shrimp and Chicken.
