Fresh made zucchini noodles topped with marinated chicken breast served with flavorful healthy caper sauce.
Pasta e Fagioli & Italian Salad
House made stock simmered with fresh herbs & spices. Filled with legumes & a little bit of pasta will keep you full for the day. Paired with my Italian Salad. Mix of Romaine lettuce and iceberg with pepperoncini, black olives, tomatoes and accompanied with house made creamy, but healthy, parmesan garlic dressing.
Peruvian Grilled Chicken Thighs with Spicy Green Sauce / Peruvian Chopped Salad
Grilled marinated chicken thighs topped with a spicy, but not too spicy, Peruvian green sauce made from Greek yogurt, citrus, herbs & spices. Served with a Peruvian Salad. Grilled Corn mixed with edamame, radishes & feta.
Roasted Cauliflower Salad with Chicken & Tahini Dressing
Roasted cauliflower & chickpeas seasoned with spices on a bed of seasoned quinoa and topped with roasted chicken. Served with house made Tahini Dressing.
