This week's Spotlight: Rice Noodles


Rice noodles are popular in Asian cuisine. These noodles are made from rice & water. Some products add tapioca or corn starch to improve the texture of the noodles. These gluten free noodles are rich in selenium, an antioxidant that helps to protect your body from the risk of cancer, heart disease, and other serious illnesses. They have moderate amounts of proteins and carbs while being low in fat and fiber. Also low in sodium.
